Slated as a tear down, expected to be developed into yet another Center Hall Georgian, this dated Ranch did the twist, when a hip dealer of mid-century furnishings convinced the builder to sell it to her instead. Hierarchy welcomed the opportunity to find its groove again, designing far out roof lines with a 60’s vibe. This chic Mid-Century classic is right at home in Manhasset’s Incorporated Village of Coolsville.
