The original a one and a half story Cape Cod style ranch had two small bedrooms in the attic. Former one story additions on each end made this a very long linear footprint. Hierarchy conceived of adding two sweeping gambrel wings on the second floor flanking the original Cape roof. By removing the original attic floor of the Cape a soaring middle space was created serving both wings. Ideal for a family with twin personalities who enjoy together time, and a little private time.
